7/23/2023 0 Comments Cancel crunch fitness membership![]() You can cancel and re-enroll in the Fitness Pass at. If that’s all I had to do and I don’t get charged again somehow in October, I’d say that was INCREDIBLY easy and I’m insanely impressed. Fitness Pass membership billing is not automatically stopped if fitness facilities close in your area. The whole process from start to finish took about ten minutes. Plus, I’d like to use the gym for the next two weeks ANYWAY, so that works out just fine.Īfter he gave me the details and I agreed, he had me sign one digital form and supposedly that’s it! I was immediately sent a copy of said form, which apparently I can’t post here because there’s a legal stipulation in the email (annoying! I was totally going to share it), is VERY clear and not in any kind of strange legalese, and plainly states that I’m terminating my membership and do not owe any further fees. ![]() He then gave me the spiel about how they need 10 days prior to billing cycle to complete a cancellation, and I agreed because, well, I already paid this cycle on Sept 10, so I’m paid through Oct 10. I explained that I was moving out of the country and he laughed and completely understood. He was incredibly pleasant and asked why I was looking to cancel. He seemed startled but said yes and trotted off to get said manager.Ī few minutes later the manager appeared and asked me to come around to the other side of the reg-area (that’s where we went for signup so not really a surprise). I asked if there was a manager here currently for me to speak to. The counter guy told me I “needed to speak to a manager” and then proceeded to stare at me. Also, the fact that they have an aqua massage you can use complimentary with your $20/month membership doesn’t hurt either.Īfter my workout, I stopped by the counter to ask about the “cancellation process.” My one complaint is that there’s only one squat rack however, there are 2 ergs, tons of other free weights, and a plethora of cardio equipment, including some AWESOME stair climbers. I do have to say, despite my reservations about joining a “globogym” after Crossfit, I really have loved Crunch. Of course, I couldn’t go to cancel my membership without getting a workout in… so this morning I popped over to Crunch before all of my other errands to get in a quick 5k row on the erg. Sadly, Crunch has yet to expand internationally, so I *did* have to move forward with my cancellation. ![]() Before I get into the cancellation process at Crunch, I DO want to mention that before I cancelled, I DID check to see if they had international locations, because I would have 100% kept my membership if there was any chance I’d work out even once or twice a month while abroad.
